Faculty Positions
The College is eager to recruit credentialed
faculty to fulfill our goals of individualized attention, student
service, and excellence in teaching. Full-time faculty applicants
must have a terminal degree from a regionally accredited college or
university in their teaching field. Equally important, GBC is
particularly eager to maintain a pool of qualified adjunct faculty
willing to bring excellence and expertise into the classroom.
Adjunct faculty should have a graduate degree in their teaching
field coupled with work experience. We seek faculty in all areas of
coursework
offered at GBC.
At GBC, faculty will find small classes of motivated
learners, opportunities for professional development, and a flexible
teaching schedule. Full-time faculty positions are immediately
vested in a 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions and
qualify for a full array of benefits. Employees and immediate
family also qualify for free or reduced tuition on campus.
Goldey-Beacom College offers associate, bachelors, and master
degrees. Next year, we celebrate our 125th anniversary and take
pride in our constant evolution to meet the educational needs of
today’s students and tomorrow’s workplace. The College is fully
accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education,
IACBE, and ACBSP.
