Dr. Jeffery W. Thurley
Associate Professor
Management
Dr. Thurley is an educator, a business
practitioner and an international
consultant. He has held numerous executive
level positions in a number of industries
throughout the United States and has taught
for a number of years in the United States
and has lectured as well as worked in East
and West Germany, China, South Africa and
Brazil.
Jeff is actively involved in many
areas of business, including strategic
planning/strategic positioning, business
ethics, corporate social responsibility,
corporate governance, financial markets and
financial intermediation, securities and
banking legislation, as well as
organizational transformational issues. His
active research interests include the areas
of leadership, change management,
organizational dynamics, management history,
international financial markets and
developing global social issues with an
emphasis on Asia and Africa.
