Dr. Kevin Hunt
Assistant Professor and Cluster Coordinator
English and Humanities
I've been teaching at Goldey-Beacom College
since the fall of 2001, where I am the
leader of the basic writing and freshman
composition course sequences. In addition,
my academic experience includes teaching
courses in writing for the Web, research
writing, and film and literature. I'm
interested in the impact of new
communication technologies (YouTube,
Twitter, Facebook, Google, blogs, etc.) on
college composition.
Prior to my career as a professor of
composition and communication, I held
various positions in the fields of technical
writing, interface design, and corporate
communication in industries ranging from
software development to employee benefits
consulting.
