I earned both my Undergraduate and Graduate
Degrees from Goldey-Beacom College,
Wilmington, DE. For the past seven
years I have served in many different
capacities in the human resources department
for a large Educational Agency in Lancaster,
PA, currently as the Human Resources
Supervisor. Since fall of 2007, I have
been serving as an Adjunct Instructor of
Management for Goldey-Beacom College. I
recently earned my Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. I am a National member of SHRM, as well as a
local member of the Lancaster County
Association for Human Resource Managers
(LCAHRM), and the Delaware Chapter of the
Society for Human Resource Management
(DESHRM). I am also the Advisor of the
Student Chapter of SHRM at Goldey-Beacom
College.
